Nature of the site

Seuil is a property search portal created as a personal project. The demo listings (flagged on their page), their landlords, their flatmates and their statistics are fictitious: conversations with them are simulated in your browser. Listings from registered landlords and partner agencies are published under their responsibility, after verification. Seuil charges no commission and plays no part in the contracts concluded between landlords and tenants.

Personal data

See the privacy policy.

Report content

Does a listing seem misleading or unlawful? Write to contact@pierreturpin.org, giving its address: it will be reviewed and removed if necessary.

Mapping

Base map © OpenStreetMap contributors (ODbL licence). Listing locations are deliberately approximate.

Photographs

The images in the demo listings are illustrations and do not show the properties described. Photos in other listings are supplied by their landlords.
